Care with order addressing.
The Wezetom Store will send the products to the address that the customer requests. Therefore, to avoid errors and inconvenience in the delivery of your order, we ask for attention when filling out the data in which you want to receive your order.
The Wezetom Store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling out of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If the delivery is not made due to divergence in the address informed by the customer, it will not be entitled to reimbursement. A new shipping charge will be required to reship the product.
Delivery Time
From 7 to 21 working days after the order is shipped.
Important information: The delivery time may be extended due to strikes, recess, great demand from the Post Office or situations beyond our control.
Tracking
We will provide the customer with a tracking number when the order is posted.
