What is the delivery time for my order?

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the USA,
Europe and Asia. Because it is international logistics, they will be delivered to your home
7 to 21 business days, after the purchase and payment are confirmed.
Important information: The delivery time may be extended due to strikes, recess, great demand of the Post Office or situations beyond our control.

How can I track my order?
During the processing of your order, a tracking code and all necessary information will be automatically generated and sent to your email or Text Messenger so that you can track the delivery status. This code is normally sent within 5 business days and the information is available as soon as the product is shipped.

In case you do not receive the tracking code within the indicated period, check if it is in the email spam box. These situations may occur. If you still do not receive the code, please contact our support team.

My order is late, what should I do?
It is our commitment to deliver your order quickly and safely. However, it is possible that a delay may occur that is out of our control. If this happens, let our support team know so that we can solve the problem.

An example of delay is the possibility of customs bureaucracy. If this is the reason, we will be responsible for any taxation assigned to the product.

How soon can I cancel an order?
The deadline to cancel your purchase is up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order.
Upon receipt of the product, please follow the instructions in our return policy.

After we receive the product returned by the customer, we will begin the procedure of analysis and refund.
Important information: The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received by the customer. If there are obvious signs of use, seal breaking, product with different characteristics from the one purchased in our store or signs of malfunction, the refund will be partial or even suspended after the decision of the analysis made by our quality control.

I want to cancel an order, what should I do?
If you want to cancel an order, please inform our customer service at the latest 24 hours after completing the purchase. It is important to inform you that if the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be necessary to wait for the delivery to be completed.
When you receive the product, follow the instructions of our return policy.

After we receive the product returned by the customer, we will begin the process of analysis and reimbursement.

How do I get my money back after the refund is set?
