Refund Policy
You have up to 30 days after you receive your product to request a refund.
It is essential that the product be in the same condition in which you received it (we recommend that you take a video while opening the package for mutual security). In case of obvious signs of use, product with different characteristics than the one purchased in our store or signs of damage, the refund will be partial or even suspended after the decision of the analysis made by our quality control. You must also send us the receipt or proof of purchase.
European Union 14-day cancellation deadline
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order for any reason or justification. As stated above, it is essential that the product has the same characteristics as when received. That is, without signs of use or damage caused by the buyer. You must also send us the receipt or proof of purchase.

After the return request review and approval procedures are completed, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the item. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Defective or broken items
We ask that you check your order upon receipt and analyze its physical and functional condition. If you notice any defects or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned. For example: personal hygiene products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or promotional coupons.
Refunds
After reviewed and approved, the refund will be made to a bank account previously informed by the customer within a maximum of 10 business days.
